Aberfeldy half marathon running event by RW Bell Building Services

Charlotte from the office took part in the Aberfeldy ½ Marathon after completing several months of hard training. The ½ marathon is held every year in Aberfeldy but this was Charlottes 1st attempt, she has already competed in 5k and 10k races for charity.
The weather remained fine on the day, thankfully neither too hot or too cold and unexpectedly for Scotland the rain even managed to stay off. Charlotte completed the race in an impressive 1hour and 50 minutes and also raised several hundred pounds for the Children’s Hospice, her chosen charity. We offer a big congratulations to Charlotte and look forward to seeing whether she might up the ante in 2016 and go for a complete marathon.
